Forgot how filling eggy bread was and this is very eggy eggy bread!

Didn't season the egg enough, black pudding was awesome.

Ha It does look abit small, doesn't it. I had given away my mushrooms and black pudding.

Still think it's the tastiest though. Especially the sausages and eggs, which are always a deep orange colour.

Microwave, 30 second blasts and stir in between, take out while almost set as will continue to cook.

Ahhhhhh, I see.

I've been using paper plates and plastic cutlery for a while as I don't have a kitchen.

It's really starting to grate.

Pour the beaten egg into lots of melted butter and heat very slowly, remove from the heat just as it starts to firm up.
That's the way I like it, my wife prefers firm & fluffy....
