Microwave, 30 second blasts and stir in between, take out while almost set as will continue to cook.
This, 100%. No need to add any milk/butter etc, just eggs on their own. Then season with a bit of salt & pepper on serving.

Toasted wholemeal wrap with scrambled egg, tomato, chili, chick peas, black beans, lettuce and coriander.
I'd try it but get the distinct impression that I rather eat a steaming log.

Working from home today - and hungry after an early dinner last night. 2 x BLT toasted bagels - quick and easy, and very tasty (Tesco Finest toms make all the difference!).

Ready for the day ahead now...

Quacks Benedict al-Fungi. It's like normal eggs benedict but using a duck egg for the poachie and a mushroom instead of a crumpet to be Atkins-friendly.

Has anyone noticed that bacon seems to be suffering from Wagon Wheel economics?
It always used to be 8 rashers per pack but a lot of them only have 7.....
Bloody stealth taxes!
Anyway here are some bagels, no tomatos though....

Crumpet!?! Surely you mean Muffin?

Looks lovely - did you enjoy the poached duck egg? I much prefer them to hens now.

Out of interest where did you get them/how much did you pay? I gave some to a lady in the week who very much appreciated them saying they're quite expensive to buy.

Sorry, I have crumpet on the brain for some reason.

I got the duck eggs from Tesco, no idea how much they were. boxedin They didn't poach very well, but that's supermarket eggs for you.

Ok so I failed at eggs benedict.

Didn't have enough eggs to make the hollandaise for a start.

Mushrooms where nice though.

Must try harder.

Looks fine to me, except the ketchup. Do you actually eat all that **** or do you wipe it off before you start the real food?

How dare you insult the patented PS poncy ketchup zigzags! I tried some today and failed - maybe because I used the wrong colour sauce?

I also failed with bread-based product for moppage thanks to the diet :-(
