I had a wicked breakfast this morning - wish i'd taken a picture! Cheap too - about £1.

Smoked mackerel fillet (room temp) on a toasted breakfast muffin, with a poached egg, sweet chilli sauce and plenty of black pepper.

Sweet chilli sauce seems like an odd choice, but I find you need something quite sharp to cut through the very oily mackerel, and didn't know what to quickly make - ketchup would have been plain wrong though.

Made this yesterday. 3 egg omelette with chopped onion, ham and cheese. Grilled with Worcester Sauce on top.
