I agree, but I would say the omelette above was overcooked. Just my opinion!

Looked at that and thought, "is that Hogs Pudding?" and then looked at your profile and saw that, yup, you're in Cornwall. The only place I've ever had that is at boarding school in Plymouth (20 years ago) and a few years ago in a hotel near Fowey. I bloody love that stuff.
