There was only 5 slices in pack so the 3rd one had have some grated cheddar left in the fridge

Was pleased with my breakfast muffin attempt this morning:

Next time I'll put the cheese on the sausage for the last 30s under the grill, as didn't get enough melting cheese just from residual heat.

Craikeybaby next time do it in a frying pan with just a little bit of oil and toast the muffins and melt the cheese on the sausage meat.

Made Pork Katsu curry for dinner last night, which I forgot to take a picture of. Breakfast today is the left over curry sauce with an omelette and bread, it was ace.
