Meh, not sure why. Oats make a good low GI start, sticks to your ribs.

Obviously, if time permits, I prefer whole rolled oats cooked properly which takes time. But given the alternative of instant oats versus some sugary cereal full of whatever, oats everytime.

This is my thinking. I know Sunday should be more extravagant, but I bought them a while back to take to work, except my kids ate them. So I bought some more and thought I'd try one this morning.

It ended up being shared...

How many animals are there on that bed? I think I lost count at 7....

Great for work or on the move. But Sunday's I'd normally prepare something divine with eggs. This was sheer laziness.

Exactly. Sunday morning and I'm getting my oats from an easy to make pot. Something so wrong!

Microwaved eggs, might be a bit runny for some, nice fried slice though.

At 3 for a quid I live on these things during the week. Breakfast doesn't get cheaper and more convenient.
for less than £3.00 I can get 1/2 a avocado , 2 slices of sour bread , 2 x free range eggs, 4 x slices or real farmers market black pudding and a real coffee at home cost wise

£5.50 local Riverside cafe on Sunday in the company of a Ferrari F50, Murcielgo, Mustang, Marcos, and many more lovely PH cars. Almost perfect. Needed Black Pudding and Mushrooms.
