Meh, not sure why. Oats make a good low GI start, sticks to your ribs.Obviously, if time permits, I prefer whole rolled oats cooked properly which takes time. But given the alternative of instant oats versus some sugary cereal full of whatever, oats everytime.

This is my thinking. I know Sunday should be more extravagant, but I bought them a while back to take to work, except my kids ate them. So I bought some more and thought I'd try one this morning.

At 3 for a quid I live on these things during the week. Breakfast doesn't get cheaper and more convenient.
