After having a bit of a think I came up with this idea. Omelette with smoked salmon, spring onions and black pudding, served with a couple of slices of toasted french bread. Here's the tidy shot:


then the close up. The Wasabi sauce set it off nicely, the chilli sauce a bit too hot for first thing sunday:


The, erm, money shot..?


And finally, eaten "builder" style:



Delicious, if a bit big. Gotta sit down for bit now...

Long time lurker on here and the take away threads so thought I would contribute.

Ran 8 miles this morning and couldn't resist a nice Breakfast.

Bread (toasted), eggs (poached) Stornoway black pudding, five beans, HP and a coffee.



The result.

Done in about 5 minutes.
