Scrambled eggs with parma ham and spring onion for me this morning

And a bottle of red? Or is that just in shot to add gravitas?

Trying to shift a bit of timber, so brown unbuttoned toast, tinned toms, lean bacon, mushrooms and poached eggs. According to wife, who's following the slimming world recipes, it's a sin free breakfast. Not bad to be fair.
Use MyFitnessPal and plug in your food into there. there is a barcode scanner tool on it to make most things easy, then use some scales. It's better to track calories then 'syns'. I'd say that's about maybe 500-600cals looking at it.

Eggs Benedict (not strictly Benedict, as we had it with salmon) here this morning. I left my eggs in about 30 seconds too long. Still good though.

I didn't care for the Tesco ones, but took one of the local butcher thick pork sausages, removed the casing and formed the sausage meat into a patty.

That's a much better solution if a little more effort especially if you have sausages that you really like.

Worth experimenting with the bun element too, muffins are fine, but brioche buns, mmmmmm.
