Quality tinned plum tomatoes are supposed to be REALLY good for you smile
Not sure why, but read it somewhere and now choose tinned plum tomatoes for breakfast over fresh. I really like them instead of tomato ketchup with sausages.
Also good to use tinned tomatoes as the liquid for healthy veggie smoothies smile
Spent a summer working at Waddingtons (think Monopoly/Cluedo & playing cards etc) when they were still made in Leeds as a student - early start and a tea break at 10am - canteen did Bacon/sausage/egg baps with the lid of the bap "dipped in mashed/tinned Tomato juice". - was bloody lovely lick

Not sure on that, I love tinned toms.
I prefer griddled/fried fresh ones on a fry up but love tinned on toast. Thing I've been doing with them for years is to seperate the toms from the juice, then add loads of black pepper, a good grind of salt and a splash of Worcestershire to the liquid and reduce it till nice and thick before adding the toms back in to heat, lovely.

That's my youngest lad. He's a weirdo.
Ahhh, that explains the lack of those glorious pink nails. There's nothing quite like the sight of pink nails holding a raw sausage in the morning.

Can we have a pic of pink nails fondling a sausage?
wink
Ah, go on then

I like a lot of Sausage.

Oh, you get it all with me...

tinned and grilled fresh tomato wink

Nice. Good to see nicely scrambled eggs that haven't been overcooked.

A friend showed me a great trick years ago - when they are just at the point you want them, add a good spoon of creme fraiche - it will stop drop the temp to stop them cooking and make them creamier...

Nasty, cheap, but fresh white bread teamed with waitrose pork, red wine and garlic sausages.

Add some mustard and tommy and we're good to go. Strong tea, 2 sugars hidden from view right of frame.

I have a 'dirty loaf' of Warburton's in the freezer for post beer snacks. Can't beat it.

Streaky bacon and eggs with a few cherry toms from the garden. Plus Brown and chilli sauce.

Under did the toast a bit as I was impatient and hungry smile
