Dessert every time.

Though I love cheese, I don't see it as something to finish a meal with.

Right.

I voted pudding. But I do love me cheese.

So I need to know about this "PH cheese of choice" that would appear to be epoisses. Where can I get some of this fabled stuff?

Tesco Finest. Think they still do it and it's as good as any Epoisses you'll be able to get hold of easily in this country.

And it is good, but if you can't find it have some Stinking Bishop instead which is not too dissimilar but is local, perhaps less of a smell to it but just as much (or more) flavour and creaminess smile
