What about American waffles, with fresh fruits/berries. Serve with some maple syrup or ice cream? (can still get your pineapple fix then)

or French toast with crispy panchetta and roasted tomatoes. Really just chucking stuff on the griddle isn't it? I'd probably put some blueberry muffins out with this too.

Home made salmon fishcakes, easy to prepare in advance and then 10 mins shallow frying, tomato ketchup and fresh crusty bread with butter lick
Pastries and coffee sounds good smile

Ham, eggs (for you) and rosti. Admittedly the rosti takes a little time but if you've got a food processor that grates it's very simple. Just put it on while you shower.

What time is this "brunch". Anything before 12 is breakfast in my bookbiggrin
