If I wanted to leave a lamb tagine in my le creuset in the oven all day - how low could I leave it? I was going to put it on around the lowest possible setting which is 50 degrees in a fan assisted oven.

Cheers!!!!

To ensure the lamb is properly cooked through, you should use 80c.

Invest in a slow cooker. They really are the nuts for this sort of thing.

Lamb and apricot tagine is one of my favourite meals at the moment (just did one last night for 8 guests). Just chuck all the ingredients in the slow cooker, put it on low and come back 6-8hrs later.
