I completely forgot to take pics unfortunately, I do have some rather wobbly camera footage though frown

We'll no doubt be having another huge lunch/dinner next weekend as we're off over to the Uncle in Laws place. He's a seriously good cook and also the chap who gives me the wild boar and venison to bring back.

Just out of interest, does anyone know if you can get Spetzla (sp?) in the UK?

IIRc you can buy it dried but simple to make and tastes better fresh

I've just returned from Tesco where I had someone scour the shelves and check the stock computer. they don't stock reblochon, so no tartiflette for me frown
