I've done turkey-goose-chicken-duck-phesant-partridge-pigeon. It's good fun once but not really worth the effort.

depends if you include the hunting or not!

took several hours, but I did have help from my sister too. She's a vet, which came in VERY handy when we (she) sewed it up at the end.

I think that sounds terrible. Can you imagine all those flavours together? talk about overload!
