Ah well never mind wink

If you're going to Spain - and I know it's on the other side - I'd fire off a mail to El Bulli and see if they can fit you in sometime during your days around there. Any foodie would surely give their right arm for the chance to dine at the best restaurant in the world. Of course it'll be full. But if you don't ask the question you'll never know...
Ferran Adria of El Bulli is closing the restaurant for the 2012&2013 seasons totally, but the restaurant is only ever open for six months of any year & only for 1 sitting Dinner.

2 Milllion people have applied for 8000 spaces available for each season for the last few years, and being realistic it is virtually impossible the likelyhood of getting a reservation.

After that he is going to re-open the restaurant as a non profit foundation, whereby he can accept grants and will focus on training up and coming chefs, which he announced at the Santiago Gastronomic Fair last monday.
