Fogive me if someone has already done this - i did do a search but it was taking for ever to get results back, so i just thought i would post anyway.

I thought it would be a good idea if people posted their pictures of interesting beers and lagers, especially if they are served in or with their relevant branded glasses/bottles.

It annoys me when you order a nice pint, but it is then pulled or poured into a totally irrelevant glass. (Like bitter in a stella chalice for example!)

I remember when they didn't have branded glasses. I must be getting old.

I've got lots of branded beer glasses. It's just difficult to find the right beer to fill them with!

e.g I'm pretty sure I couldn't find some Double Diamond or Hemeling. Then again, that's probably a good thing.....

I have to agree, it does annoy me immensely when you get a beer in a glass emblazoned with another brand. I like to enjoy a beer in it's respective glass. I'm also fond of quirky glasses over the traditional British pint glass.

I'll have to dig out my pictures of my trip to Brussels. Beers and glasses that UK pubs could only dream of.

The Kwak Pauwel "glass" is an interesting one.

I've tried this whilst on a work trip to Nuremberg. It was both bizarre and utterly delicious at the same time. On the nose it had a real smell of Bavarian smoked cheese, which almost puts you off, but it had a wonderful smooth taste... Do you know if it can be bought in the UK?
