Wotsits on a diet?
Discussion
I'm currently doing this: http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...
My post of Sat 8th May
I was 14st 12ibs on Sunday last, so another week yet to see what the final weight loss is . I have done this diet before, but must admit I'm finding it tough this time. Age I reckon
Can you post a link to your type of diet plan BG? Will be interesting to know of in case I get to be a blubbery sod again :-)

Nothing specifically, just cherry picked from what was on the web and in my wifes diet plan books. This sort of thing...

They can be contradictory though, some say that brown branny cereals/oatmeal porridge/brown rices and breads are OK, whilst other say absolutely not. Some say fruit is OK, whilst others say no fruit.
I've just cut out carbs, and cut out anything other than low GI foods. Other than the odd beer or two, but I'm not a big beer drinker anyway, more of a red wine/malt whisky man.
I was a BIG snacker/grazer though, so just stopping that that has probably had a major effect.
