I'm currently doing this: http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...

My post of Sat 8th May

I was 14st 12ibs on Sunday last, so another week yet to see what the final weight loss is . I have done this diet before, but must admit I'm finding it tough this time. Age I reckon laugh

Can you post a link to your type of diet plan BG? Will be interesting to know of in case I get to be a blubbery sod again :-)

In my opinion cravings tend to be your bodys way of saying it would like something - if you don't have a little of it you end up binging on it and that's worse. (or that could just be me justifying it.....)

I had a girlfriend break up with me once, because I dieted, and ended up weighing less than her...so be careful wink

She was no fatty either, before somebody jumps on that. Just on the tall side

Nothing specifically, just cherry picked from what was on the web and in my wifes diet plan books.

This sort of thing...

http://www.lowcarbiseasy.com/dietplanlowgi.htm

They can be contradictory though, some say that brown branny cereals/oatmeal porridge/brown rices and breads are OK, whilst other say absolutely not. Some say fruit is OK, whilst others say no fruit.

I've just cut out carbs, and cut out anything other than low GI foods. Other than the odd beer or two, but I'm not a big beer drinker anyway, more of a red wine/malt whisky man.

I was a BIG snacker/grazer though, so just stopping that that has probably had a major effect.

Easy. I've lost 4.5kg this week just cutting out crap following 8 days of constant drinking and marathon eating on holiday last week.
