has it's place in the pantheon of food to soak up a heavy night on the sauce, that would be a step too far I think.The question is, which part of the chicken does the skin come from if they usually leave it on the 'nice' bits?
I know they sell gizzards in some U.S. KFCs, but there must still be some parts they haven't exploited.
They could sell the feet in KFCs in China (maybe they so already).
What could be done with the beaks to make them edible I wonder
