Im a coffee snob, not to a massive degree but I only really like Nespresso and stick to the one type at that (blue lungo)

However I fancied a quick sausage butty from Greggs and the offer is ANY hot drink and a saus / bacon batch (were up north) for £1.99 (Coffee is £1.40 large)

I was impressed with the coffee, however its addictive, I now cant wait for my fix in the morning so much more so than anything I make myself or have bought elsewhere - do you think they put an addiction additive into it eek

Its not the coffee issue as such BUT the conundrum is - coffe £1.40, coffee and a bacon roll £1.99, Im a 2nd degree porker and should go from weetabix to lunch without further intake but a 60p bacon roll is hard to pass over - kills me every time, every time I have the roll rolleyes

To make it worse the lunchtime deal of a sub, drink and packet of walkers makes it a £5 all day deal - I suggest they do an evening meal option for £5 so for £10 you have the whole day covered cool

Anyhoo, the coffee is addictive, in my imagination or is there a cunning masterplan at work ?

My first thought too.

Greggs - Where Jeremy Kyle gets his audience with a big net. (To badly quote some comedian who I can't remember)

^^^Was my second thought.

ETA - Judging by the time of your OP, I think you should switch to decaf.

Never tried Nespresso - is it as bad as people are making out?

That brand goes by a gloriously naff name: Nespresso. Its products taste perfectly acceptable. At The Fat Duck or Sketch, you may even find them to be memorable.

By fk it's funny when someone comes storming out telling you to move it.
Last time in the quadtrak i handed him the key and said, you move it i'm getting a coffee. I came back out telling me i'd been banned and they were going to fine me hehe It all fell down when they couldn't find the numberplate.
