Ginsters?
Ginsters are to pasties what Carling is to beer.

If you're down in Cornwall then I'd either go for a pasty from Gear Farm shop near St Martin, or one from Anne's pasty shop in Lizard village. For something more mainstream you can't go far wrong with Rowes or Warrens which are available across most of the county. Failing that if Cornwall is a bit far to go then West Cornwall Pasty co are about the only acceptable ones I've found East of the border!
