Molecular Gastronomy Recipes
Discussion
Thinking of taking the plunge into cooking chemistry..
I run a lab so things like liquid Nitrogen, water baths, glassware etc are easy to come by....
So, what have you been served, what have you seen in books/TV and what recipes can you make up?! I have The Big Fat Duck cookbook to give some handy hints but most of Hestons stuff is waaaay too complicated/time consuming/has ingredients that are banned here
The best (most practical suggestions) will be on the menu for a dinner party with pics posted on the 'Dinner' thread.
edit for speeling

I have a load of links that are good and have an urge to do eggs and bacon ice cream
Would you mind sharing them?http://www.alacuisine.org/alacuisine/2004/11/molec...
when I get round to it I will build up my website with tips and everything else needed to do this cooking as I own:
www.themolecularkitchen.co.uk
or I think its that one, its domain parked at the moment just waiting for me to get everything I need.
