It's great stuff, I don't think it's in common use outside of Hull's takeaways from my visits to other cities.

Enjoy the filth wink

My OH is at uni in Hull and is completely addicted to chip spice. She has some Tony Cachere's seasoning stuff which she puts on as well - it's immense.

I'm going to visit this weekend so I think I might have to get my fix. We went to Di Roma last time I think but by the sounds of things we might have to give Haworth a go.

ETA: While we're on the subject of Hull, the Moonlight Tandoori on Cottingham Road is fantastic.

Back on topic: tonight's filthy Indian:

Lamb Bhuna (extra hot) on top of Keema Pilau Rice accompanied by a main course Tandoori Mixed Grill topped with fried onions and raita.

And yes, it is a huge plate. . . . . . yum

Here we are. Seekh kebab and naan, chips and a can of coke. All purchased from a takeaway I have nevet used before and probaby will never use again. The naan was too stodgy and the kebabs were very dry

you need to start drinking, it'll seem like gourmet food then!

Not much Beetle bonnet, Ertha's not bad, pins like a gymnast's but I'd give her a test drive if she cooked a decent biryani.

Yet again I've missed the money shot in my persuit to dig into my Indian.

Lamb Tikka Sally, Keema rice, Sag Paneer and Sag Aloo. Utterly superb twas too.
