ah didums, a tantrum - always a sign smile
A sign that your overwhelming desire to lecture us about health is a pain in the arse biggrin
no, losing one's rag is a sign that you've no argument whatsoever. It's the online version of hitting someone when you've been proved wrong smile

If you can't accept some free advice from qualified sources then there's no hope. On the other hand, the effects of years of eating garbage is probably irreversible, so maybe you're correct keep going, no turning back now smile
Interesting - are you a dietitian ?
No, he just can't abide seeing a light-hearted thread go by without having a whine about it. I think it's living in Germany that does it. Ve need more rulez on zis forum! You vill comply viz my health varnings! hehe

Odd when so many Chermans stuff themselves with curry-wurst really, but there you go!

Too. Right.

Who wants to spend their last ten years with a white beard and a runny nose?

I'm planning on checking out at about 75 with a martini in one hand, and two 18 year old twins in the other.

You guys actually eat this much? Don't get me wrong, I like indian, chinese, pizza or whatever but in moderation. No wonder there are so many fat people around.
A big meal occassionally doesn't make you fat. Lots of big meals and no exercise makes you fat. Try not to generalise from internet threads, it makes you look silly.
So generalisation would be something like, ohhhhhhhhh assuming people that eat lots (and lots) of fatty food don't do so on a regular basis and are athletes in the raw? No, you wouldn't be that silly rolleyes

Like I said, I love a nice curry but putting away the gutbusting portions shown on here just can't be good for your system. I'd rather be eating smaller portions of my favourite food into my dotage than doing an Elvis and before anyone even thinks of accusing me of being a celery sucking jogger, think again biggrin

I assume people are not eating these on a day to day basis. I have a takeaway about once a month, if its big its because im hungry. If there is too much then I will have leftovers the next day.

I don't think people would put me in the fat category.

It was the most enjoyable 'mixed' sweet and sour Cantonese Style with my own added fresh chopped chili. I also had soft noodles, egg fried rice and seaweed, which i know is chopped cabbage.

Full, satisfied and bloodt dishlicious!

Here's a revelation for you petal. Nobody, but nobody gives tinkers about anything that's posted on the internet.

Which by definition includes your own comments wink

...the thread was on topic. In your brief tenure you've taken the opposite view to a few OPs, you're telling me I can't do the same? You know the answer to that one, don't you? wink
