I shall wait a couple of weeks before popping back here. Agree it should really be moved into the photo of your diner thread as some home cooking + preparation was involved so doesn't really count as 'dirty takeaway'. If the hospital had made the effort to cook it up for him then there would be a case for inclusion here.

I managed to lose 10kg whilst fasting, staying off the takeaways probably played a part. Looks like I will have put it back on soon enough! Half a generic piri piri grilled chicken with chips -  Demolished, note the salad was not consumed -

 Two for tuesday! 2x large half and half pizzas with beef mexicano, pepperoni passion, meatilicous and Americana with a portion of hot wings. All the hot wings then half the pizzas now and the other half for brekkie

Yet more healthy eating...  Had a masala fish but in a roll rather than the standard naan along with a couple of small piece of chicken and chips
