Just eaten half of this dayglo red Chinese takeaway and feel disgusted with myself. The leftovers are in the fridge for later\tomorrow  Let's see your takeout monstrosities!

 Roast Duck Kung-Po with chips AND fried rice on a bed of a portion of duck spring rolls. I felt horrendous after it but also weirdly relaxed.
