What to do with cold beef

Also left over cold beef after the usual as mentioned above, we tend to end up doing Saint Delia's rissoles. Recipe online
Realise above recipe is for leftover lamb but beef works just as well, especially if you include some peppers and chillies. Also v important, eggy wash + coat in flour twice.
