Now that I have decided on the Jailhouse Chilli for tomorrow, I am thinking of throwing it all in the slow cooker tonight and letting it cook overnight and then re-heating tomorrow evening. Is this a good plan , I was hoping this would give it time to get the flavors flowing
yes
thumbup off to the kitchen then
All done, now in the slow cooker and I'm sitting back with a few beers

Nice one! Might I suggest, and not wanting to sabotage your dish in any way, that since I find the longer you cook it the more the edge is taken off the chilli, that you drop an extra couple of spoonfuls of chilli powder in prior to reheating?
