The Blairs sauces are DEADLY. Great fun at work with a bunch of cocksure lads! I used it as a management technique... Didn't clear your work for the day? Cap full of Blairs it is....

Not sure if I should post this but I spotted this in Morrisons today for a round pound.

Probably not, seeing as this is the 'Show us your hot sauce' thread. hehe

Just kidding, all levels of heat should be reviewed, flavour is also important. Just.

This little bottle of fire was 99p from the 'ethnic' section of Tescos. Lord, it is spicy! Quite good flavour, with vinegar and lime coming through before the burn sets in. Great value!

Try a nice, fresh, cold raita to soothe your taste buds with spicy food. Tub of Greek yoghurt, bunch of chopped mint, half a finely sliced cucumber, salt and pepper and a crushed garlic clove if you like. Nom.

Best packaging ever!

How was the flavour? Assuming your taste buds weren't burnt off....

Nice tip^

Can't remember if this has been posted before:

Got it from TK MAX of all places, cost £3.99. Very, very spicy - somewhere between Encona and Blairs - with an initial hit of vinegar followed by BURN. 'Tis okay.

Yup. I'll post a pic when I'm not on my phone, but I've had a chilli plant for a year now that keeps producing fruit. I've not made a chilli sauce but use them to flavour meat marinades.

Pretty sure this subject cropped up (no pun) earlier in the thread.

Another Tescos 'Ethnic section' special. Bloody lush.... just the right amount of heat (a tad more than the venerable Enconas) but a gorgeous, sweet flavour. Recommended!
