7.5 million is extract level, depends how much of it they use but a drop should be enough to make things interesting.

Well the board says it was "coated" so I expect that was exagerrated for effect-or so you would hope!

I'm very much in the "I'd rather eat them in my own time and enjoy them" camp but please report back smile

I can't stand "extract sauces" (usually dark brown and f*cking hot) as they seem to offer so little flavor - just heat.

However, I bought a bottle of this stuff and have it at work, its bloody lovely. A nice, fruity chilli pepper taste, vinegar tang, and noticeable garlic aroma. Its certainly bloody hot though, about as hot as I would want a "condiment" sauce to be.

The Xtra Hot Reggae Reggae sauce is worthy o a purchase as a good dipping sauce. Excellent with a meat feast pizza.

It's lovely, great with barbecued burgers and sausages.

There are loads of bottles of this in the kitchen at my work, a bloke bought loads at once to stock our kitchen up, I thought he was taking the piss when he said it was 10p a bottle! It is pretty nice, but it's a pretty thin sauce and not that hot, so I find I need to get the desired effect.

I use it with mayonnaise in tuna sandwiches (also normally with chopped cucumber and raw shallot).

Got a new package at the weekend.

The relish is a restock as I'm going through around one jar every 4-6 weeks, so's the Trinidad Scorpion sauce, though that's being used a lot more slowly (it's a once a year limited edition run). The Nagalade I tried on toast - bliss

My stash, The jerk is absolutely amasing ( and hard to get hold of) never tasted anything remotely as good.
The emperor naga has a fantastic flavour but is insanely hot about 5 seconds later
