Another recommendation: Manda African Style extra hot Chilli sauce.

Quite how they managed to get it that hot without extract I'll never know. Tasty too.

Tescos 99p

a bit similar to the louisiana ones, they also got a new scotch bonnet sauce in the special section,1.49, didnt get this as I sint finish my winwards scotch bonnet yet.

used it to give the bab shops chilli sauce a helping hand as it was mild, well mild in my book anyway.

I love Franks, it's my 'go to' sauce, the wing sauce is even better.

Another 'ethnic section' special from Tescos, 99p. Bloomin' lovely flavour on this - not overly spicy, so I use in similar quantities to ketchup.

Cholula for me, I like Franks and always have some in but Cholula is far tastier.

2 x litre bottles of Franks for £1.59 in CostCo at the moment. Amazing bargain.

An update. Only additions are the Tabascosauces.

Just unwrapped a bottle of "Pain 100%" as my secret santa - can't try it in the office, but what should I expect? Is it Raiders of the lost Ark face-melting type hot, or not all that?

If you use prime, Amazon is worth a go. Quite a few American sauces available - in fact I think a poster on this thread imports them.

A bottle received for Christmas.

And not a sauce, but a flaming experience.

Blair's Ultra Death - the hottest non-reserve sauce they do, about 850k Scoville Units. It's thick, dark red with a few seeds and a black liquid that separates if you leave it long without shaking.

I got this for Christmas and we all tried a drip. Cue a few OMFGs, coughing, nose blowing and glasses of milk. Not all pain, there was some flavour but far too hot for me to be putting on chips. Should be a fun addition to the sauces at work. evil

I've got 2 x 600ml (might be a bit bigger) of the wings sauce at the moment. Goes very well with Turkey too. I read a suggestion on their website that it also goes well with popcorn.

Having discovered Sriracha relatively recently, I can well understand this. It's hard to resist the temptation to put it on everything biggrin

For anyone that's interested here's a list of UK chilli festivals for 2014.

I went to the west dean event last year and had a great day out.
