I got some of that Scotch Bonnet sauce from Tesco last week, nice bit of kick and quite a fruity flavour, think they had it on offer too.

Just bought the Heinz Peppery Habanero sauce and wasn't really expecting much but a few splashes in a sandwich gives it a really very nice flavour. It's deliciously sweet with just about the right amount of heat. Recommended.

That chalula is really flavoursome. We go through a bottle a week at work but pep them up with a few teaspoons of blairs.

After Death. I think I posted it a page or two back - it is obviously bloomin' hot but not silly. Mixed with the cholula it is perfect!

You don't need much!

For a more even spread of heat you could try putting a few drops in ketchup, mixing it up then spreading on your toast thumbup

I've got a pretty large collection going but tbh I'm finding most of the stuff I have does not satisfy me that much.

Anyway I started off finding Nandos medium sauce extremely hot to a point that I would cry but now the Extra Extra hot sauce is like child's play! Decided to order Blair's pack of 4 gift set to see how it goes.

will post updated sauce collection soon.

I've probably been "monkeying around" with hot sauces for the best part of 25 years and have returned to the "Holy Trinity" of Who Dares, Blair's and Dave's. using them as a base and adding to various (mayo, tommy) or just spicing up a bland salad smokin

Best I've tasted. All the way from Austin, Texas.

The Habanero provides a hell of a kick but with a fruity fresh flavour. All natural ingredients too.
