3 local ones from the current stash:
The Culley's is rather tasty - a nice thick tomato based one with good heat and smoke. The Huffman's is a thinner, Tabasco-type sauce with smoked paprika and very nice. The Rings is a thick habanero sauce with a serious kick (as the name suggests). Delicious though.

I was given one of these as a present
the jalapeno sauce has gone - good heat (for me) and nice flavour too.
the cajun sauce is being used - little hotter but the flavour isn't as good
the carribean hasn't been opened yet...
The chipolte sauce didn't last at all - lovely stuff, great on cheese or with cold meat. also worked as a dip for tortillas
the chili / vodka mustard is poor - more heat off normal wholegrain mustard.
just tried some Frank's Red Hot and was very disappointed, bit of heat but not much flavour.
Chipolte Tabasco was very nice though - need more of that.

Having tried a few different sauces lately Cholula has become my favourite - nice and flavoursome without being explosively hot but does have a decent "edge" to it - really does make a burger or pizza.
I love the chilli garlic one. Keep going into the cupboard for another taster TwigtheWonderkid said:

It really is very hot, the bottle doesn't lie. Just a little scrape on your ham sandwich or whatever is enough to make your eyes water, so a bottle lasts for ages. Tremendous value.Hoover. said:

When I first bought it, I put about 1/4 of a teaspoon of it in my mouth to see how hot it was.

Not just me then. Not a mistake I will be repeating.
Not a hot sauce as such but picked up a bottle of this last night at Asda, tastes quite nice, sweet and zingy with a bit of heat, should be lovely with barbecued meats.
I've just picked up a bottle of Blair's After Death to replace my ageing bottle of Dave's Insanity Sauce, and I find I can take the Blair's in larger (relatively , obviously, it's still pretty damn hot!) quantities than the Dave's. I think the Ghost pepper sauce is even hotter than the standard Insanity too, so I'd suggest you use it with caution!
