A fairly comprehensive selection, my personal highlight being the dried chipotles kicking around at the back. Not strictly hot sauce, I realise, but possibly still worthy of inclusion.
Is that the Dave's Ghost Pepper Naga Jolokia I see there?I tried it properly (rather than a tiny bit) for the first time tonight and given it's not exactly "the hottest, I'm a hard man" sauce out there I feel ashamed. I was struggling a bit and the inside of my nose still tingles, great comedown buzz though
Hopefully my tolerance will increase because I really like the flavour.

Does sound nice though...
This is my first PH post but it is my favourite subject......
I get all my sauces here - Pretty decent selection
http://www.hot-headz.com/
Furthermore, the Tabasco Chipotle sauce can be gotten in Fortnum & Masons (I brought some in Mexico and it really is good stuff)

In the states at the mo and enjoying the selection.
Current faves are:
Tiger sauce - mild and pretty sweet (not sticky like Thai sweet chili though), perfect for pizza crusts.
Crystal/Cajun Chef - both very mild, but super vinegary - drown pretty much everything I eat with these.
The super duper death sauces don't really do it for me - I like spicy, but some just seem to be spicy for the sake of it. For the majority of stuff I would rather go with fresh chilis and use the hot sauce more as an addition than an integral ingredient, but that's just me
