Show us your hot sauce

Got a bottle of this for Chrimbo. Not yet tried.
On another note I have just returned from a 'Sizzler' pub. They do a bucket of 50 Naga Ghost chilli chicken wings. I went for 20 of them rather than the full hog (NY diet and all that) and they were bloody hot but amazing.
I am now after recommendations for a wing sauce worthy of this thread. I'd like something with a decent kick.

First hit is fruity lime and a bit of sweetness from the carrot in it, then the chilli comes in. Not that hot (on my taste buds). Salt and habanero aftertaste. Good dipping sauce for (e.g.) chicken goujons/dippers, or splashed over cheese-on-toast. Not an "ingredient sauce" - not hot enough to add to a chilli (con-carne) and make much difference. If you like it hot then go for the other one, which is also a habanero sauce.

Did you just blend them up? What was the resulting taste?
Blend chillies, very gently fry with red onions, garlic and (fresh) ginger. Add some white wine, cider vinegar, lemon juice, lime juice, muscavado sugar, smoked paprika and salt. Simmer until an appropriately thick consistency. Blend entire sauce until smooth.Took a jar into the office. One person was sneezing and had hiccups within 30 seconds of tasting, and another had to leave the room dribbling. The remaining people were more... reluctant... to taste it after that.
It's quite fruity, light sweet touch, with an eye-watering kick.

I have the 100% Pain living in my fridge. Give it a go; it'll probably have that decent kick which you're looking for.On another note I have just returned from a 'Sizzler' pub. That Texas kicker sauce looks interesting, I may have to try that. Habanero sauces are my favourites.I recently found that my local ASDA now stocks Cholula original and chipotle, I've been lashing them on everything. Not hot, but absolutely packed with flavour.

It's great, this is slightly better for me...they sell both of these in the US federal prison store, so I hear.About 7-8 years ago I suddenly became allergic to chilli - my tongue and face would swell up, skin turn bright red and my eyes would stream at even an Old El Paso fajita. My "level" previously was about a Madras, with the occasional Vindaloo. I was stuck on Pasanda and Korma, couldn't even have a bit of lime pickle.
The chilli garlic sauce is what made me determined to "train" myself back to being able to eat chilli again. It's just so nice, I had progressively more and more of it until I cured myself.
Now I've gone a bit far the other way, needing something hot on everything I have now!
Chaps, i need some help. What is the absolute hot sauce you've tried? Eye wateringly hot..
We have a lad at work who claims he doesn't flinch when eating spicy food. He claims to have done the ghost chilli eating challenge without any discomfort. A few of us at work really want to call his bluff and see if he is the man he claims to be! I've tried a few hot sauces such as the Iguana ultimate en Fuego sauce, i can comfortably use that as a condiment so it needs to be a LOT hotter than that...
Suggestions? Links? Willing to spend about £15 or so.
