You don't count, you're a bloody pro cook!!

It'd be like Lewis Hamilton entering the local kids go-kart competition. Lovely to give you something to aspire to but ultimately a little hollow. Wouldn't you say?
You say that but believe me there are people on here (yourself included) who produce food way beyond the standard found in many "pro" kitchens. How many times have you and others on here been out for dinner and been disappointed?

/I only post the dishes that work wink
I'm only messing mate smile

Bring it on.

edited to say "used to" for about 3 weeks at which point he realized he was out of his depth and bolted. Shame because he really can cook but he's more traditional.

Anyway, I'm up to 11 ways of presenting pork in one dish now ;-)

Shouldn't it be one dish/plate rather than a Smörgåsbord of pork related dishes.

I did say in the original thread I wanted to retract the soup and replace with the tortilla. When both were put into the vote I asked for the soup to be removed but both were left in.

That's true. In any case, you probably suffered, as you ended up splitting your voting public! biggrin

I've cut it back to 9, all in an area about 4 inches square.

Belly pork, sliced into strips, stacked Jenga style, little dipping sauce on the side. Two player game?
