woohoo

Not one of my fancy dishes but it is very good to eat (admittedly I had two of the portions shown biggrin ). Once you ignore the salting process and that faff it's amazingly quick and simple. Def. one that can be adapted as well.

Difficult to decide which to vote for, I'd happily eat any of the dishes in this comp.

I'm happy to leave it running for another day if you want to, it's very close so letting it run till tomorrow could easily change the current standings.

Even though not a single person took pity on me and my 0%, its great to see at least 80 members coming in here to check out the food and vote.

And the standard of entries keeps getting better too.

Plus, I have picked up at least 4 new recipes for evening meals/dinner parties. thumbup

probably too much 'green stuff' hehe

there were 3-4 to choose from for me, though the parmo won out purely because it's a parmo!

ps - tony, when are you cooking for us? please hash the presentation next time at least!
