Heard this on the radio the other day and was initially very confused until I worked out why it was so familiar.... a very clever reworking/rewording of "Give me the Beat Boy/Drift Away" (as released by many artists over the years)

Aren't Airbourne just a modern day version of AC/DC anyway?

Also, certainly dreadful.

In my opinion, of course.

That's great. I once saw a street artist by the Cutty Sark who had a gaffer-taped collection of pipes, same concept as they use in this video but a bit more rough & ready and he was banging out some tunes on those.

Once you've heard the original a million times at Xmas, you might consider this one better...

Gary Numan is a legend, and arguably inspired most of the first (& second?) generation of industrial bands.

...but I do have a soft spot for Fear Factory, and that definitely qualifies! thumbup

Not sure if it's been mentioned - but Fall Out Boy - We Didn't Start The Fire.

Updated for 2023 with new news, whilst still remaining remarkably faithful to the original.

It's a great idea but rather puts into perspective how clever the Billy Joel original was. This one is clunky and not in chronological order.
