Brilliant band. Someone here mentioned Jean-Michel Jarre, and though I saw him live at Docklands I never bought his early stuff. So I am now listening to Oxygene and Equinoxe on repeat. It's interesting to hear the more famous tracks in their original context.
It's like a musical flashback. The phrase "with rivers of blood" keeps springing to mind.

Wuthering Heights is a favourite of mine and I have another album of hers but have never listened to The Kick Inside until this week; a great album and I don't know why I haven't listened to it sooner.
Ha Ha I bought it when it first came out a long time ago and she was very young when she wrote some of those wonderful songs.been a bit nostalgic lately and the Rise and fall of Ziggy stardust has been played on my Amazon Alexa most days this week.
