Is it many Boss fans in the world of PH?
My brother and I have been hard core fans since pussy was a cat.

My girlfriend got us tickets to Hard Rock Calling for Christmas – completely took me by surprise! I've got 5 months to convert her into as big a fan as I am now. I wonder what the average age of a Springsteen fan is? I'm 26… been listening to his live albums mostly since I was 22 or so. Massive talent!

Now if they could just line up The Gaslight Anthem and The Hold Steady in support slots for Hyde Park that would be perfect.

I have a friend who love the Gaslight Anthem but I tried getting her to listen to some Springsteen and she said she didn't like it. I said they sound virtually the same, I then said, 'yeah you're right, Springsteen is much MUCH better!'

Another massive Bruce fan here.. Got my Hyde Park tickets for Christmas. It will be about my 12th Springsteen gig.. First time was St James Park, Newcastle in 1985 on the Born In The USA tour. For fans of Boss-related music, look out for Southside Johnny and Nils Lofgren when they tour in the UK too (usually in small, intimate venues).

Amature, it will be my 21st I met a guy after a concert at the Emirates in 2008 who had done hundreds! He was not much fun to be around to be honest.

Wow, that's fantastic, more fans on here than I thought. Been to Italy and Amsterdam plus all UK dates since I was 18 (am 46 now) with my bro. But my brother has been futher afield, as his lass is a big fan as well. Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band has been a massive positive part in our life's. No wonder he's The Boss.
