Marillion - Market Square Heroes 12" single, plays at 33rpm due to the presence of 17 minutes of Grendel on the B side. Not th epicture disc version unfortunately, it was deleted before I could get one.
I have most of the other 12" picture discs up to Heart of Lothian. Garden Party is a shaped 7".

Also have a promo version issued to radio stations of the 7" of Ode to Billie Joe by Bobbie Gentry.

The rarest (weirdest?) records in my collection are 7" singles:
'Retribution' by Kenny Everett (1977)
'They're coming to take me away' by Napoleon XIV (1966) - notable in that the B side is the A side but backwards.
'Je t'aime' by Jane Birkin, the free, flexible single-sided 7" given away (late 60's? - not sure as it's in the loft somewhere) in a copy of Private Eye IIRC because it was banned at the time.

I find the comment about the Internet and MP3s making old 12" stuff less 'exclusive' these days interesting.

I have a 12" of Texas "prayer for you" which has two different mixes o the song... The "north side remix" on side 1 and the "south side remix" on side 2

I have tried to find them as MP3s or on youtube in the past, as I remember them both as being great versions of what was really only an average song at the time.... And I wanted to know if my memory served me well! Have never found either remix online anywhere.

One day, I will set up my turntable and go through my 12" collection.....

The original M.O.S (as opposed to the aussie re-release) 4x12" of Sasha & Digweed's Northern Exposure is the highlight of my collection smile

I've also got the Chilled Euphoria and Deep & Chilled Euphoria vinyl releases which are reasonably rare and have some cracking (if you're into your downtemp electronica) full length mixes.

got nearly 4000 records still in racks even after selling about 2000. mostly funk soul electro and hip hop. and lots of sound fx / spoken word stuff i used to use while dj ing. pretty much all the old school electro stuff, pumpkin , profile all stars, egyptian lover / marley marl cold chillin stuff, def jam / run dmc / beasties etc pretty much all of the stuff shadow has released. doubles of most and all the brainfreeze type funk 45's no represes all origional. my vynil has been valued and its worth a very very tidy sum... not likely to flog it though. been collecting since i was ten. im 44 now and have some awsome records. the things that realy cheer me up is my hijack , gunshot brit rap stuff. the later beatie boys stuff lifts the spirits too. plus my all time fave my 197o's spiderman tv show ( live action nick hammond) soundtrak lp... proper funk and being a lifelong spidey fan it was a real steal , paid a quid at a car boot. late found that there was only about 40 known copies as it was not meant for release. worth about 500 squid or more. mine is mint too. love mi vinyl !!!

Quite a number of Punk singles including some Sex Pistols in picture sleeves. Must have around 100 Lp's still. One that has value is Buckingham Nicks, the best Fleetwood Album they never made!
