I just heard the track Dust Bowl by Bonamassa and I like!

So obviously I will now be purchasing the album Dust Bowl.
But if I were to purchase another what would the recommendation be?
They are all really good however I'd treat yourself to 'Live At The Beacon Theatre' for a truly astounding overview of a player that is simply On Fire. The DVD is a complete Supertanker of awesome also. hehe

Joe wears the blues Crown now. smile

Sod "Summer of 69", what about the Robin Hood dirge?

That was totally unforgivable... smile

Solomon Burke - can remember his death a few years ago - never listened to any of his stuff untill this appeared on a House episode recently:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eFkmRp_G2uo

Backing vocals the Blind Boys of Alabamba - who first sang together as kids in 1939...

Lynyrd Skynyrd cover as well - would never have thought it.

I am re-discovering Band of Horses who have been around a while. Their latest album is produced by a guy who made his name with the Stones and other vintage rock acts, and it sounds like it. My tastes have become quite US-centric since moving here 6 years ago. It takes effort to seek out new music wherever you are these days. I like www.stereogum.com for a good overview of everything less mainstream in the USA. Lots of links to free vids and streams of new music. Have fallen for an album by Wild Nothing lately - a bit TheThe maybe. I can't make a post about music without recommending M83 to anybody with ears and the slightest taste for uplifting, overwhelming sounds.

I spotted Grizzly Bear on Jools Holland last Friday. I bought their 'Shields' album from last year and it's excellent; varied, but mainly lo-fi in nature. thumbup

On the other hand, I seem to be the only person who doesn't like 'El Camino'
