A bit off-topic but that looks like it was filmed in Milton Keynes shopping centre.

Wired For Sound was filmed in the orginal "H" part of Milton Keynes shopping centre, when it was virtually new. The bit outside at night with the bright lights is the underpass before you get to the Point (which wasn't there when they filmed it).
