seriously, if you haven't seen this, have a quick look. they're polarising opinions, personally think they're brilliant...

They're creating an impressive sound with just a keyboards, bass and drums.

If they do a version of "I'll be your Dentist", I'm in.

It wasn't bad to be fair, but about ten seconds in, I was recalling Fine Young Cannibals, which is not necessarily a bad thing, but they do seem very derivative.

I must be mad then because i've been listening to them pretty much non stop since yesterday. Try some other tracks without watching the videos, they sound bloody good too.

Ive been listening to them pretty much non stop. Their album studio stuff is very polished and their live stuff is mental.

Just listened to three or four tracks and despite liking them all, with a few subtle changes, they could have been the same song!

on that first video the singer looks like a young Marlon Brando crossed with the fella from Go West. LOL!
I still think they're good though, quite creative, strange when his voice goes all 'death metal' every now and then.

I suppose that's to be expected when they were influenced a little by Glenn Danzig and mid 80's Cure! Saw them on JH it's not often a band comes along that kind of knocks you for six, passionate performance and it's good to hear some of the old sounds coming back and something completely different.

Perfect as ever, my favourite current act by a long way. Showed the faux authenticity of the other acts last night up very clearly.

I can't get enough of that guy. He looks & dances like fun dad, then you start to see that he feels every note, I mean he really throws the kitchen sink at the performance, then he does the death metal thing.

What more could you ask for in a front man?

Genuine charisma. That's why people don't know what to make of it, we're not used to seeing it anymore.
