La Roux's New Album - Trouble In Paradise

Heard a track or two today and I have to say it's very good if you like this kinda music.

I nipped into HMV and bought it on the strength of just hearing the two tracks.

Anyone else a fan?

Pre-ordered the other night on i-Tunes but not downloaded / listened to it yet.
Hoping it lives up to the reviews and earlier work.....apparently it's been a difficult album to finish

I had a listen on Spotify over the weekend, and thought it was decidedly 'meh'.

IMHO It's not a 'grower' as most of the tracks are very 'catchy-pop' type. You either like them straight away or not.

Like her first album, there's barely a 'weak' track on it. Whether you like the toe-tappiness of it is another matter.

Possibly
Its very Human League ish in parts.
