Just watched QOTSA from last night - typical tight set. I do like them as live band.

Not too much on iplayer tho sadly....

Watching the QOTSA set now. Great set so far, and Josh Homme is a good front man. Not fair some of the criticism I saw from a telegraph review!!

I'm off to Leeds tomorrow, my missus is more into her music than me, but any recommendations for any of the lesser know acts to check out tomorrow?

We're into AM, chvrches, Bombay bicycle club, foster the people, jake bugg, etc. Any other recommendations similar to these sort of tones for us to check out? Cheers

Yep my first festival too.

AM we're awesome, but for me and my missus, Bombay Bicycle club were brilliant.

Also really enjoyed Hives, Chvrches and Foster the people.

Great day out, don't think I could handle camping there for 3 days, but I'd definatly go again.

I went with the missus and met some mates in there, had a great time. Chvrches, The Hives, Foster the People, Blink 182, my highlight was Die Antwoord, just mental. Stayed in a hotel as I'm too old for camping.

Some people knock Reading "as it's not Glasto" but I don't care.

I saw The Amazing Snakeheads and many other bands, at Reading but they are the only ones worth talking about. Truely captivating.

The Telegraph reviewing Reading? fk off.

Although, I guess with Arctic Monkeys headlining AGAIN, it attracts all sorts these days...
