Just for information, wife and I went to the Sage in Gateshead to see Roland Gift last week on stage 2, just a fantastic performer with a very solid band running through new stuff and the old Fine Young Cannibals stuff.

Venue is first-class for acoustics but Gift was absolutely perfect. Well worth the money if he's playing near you.

His rendition of Say it ain't so, used as the outro for Stealing Beauty but inexplicably and inexcusably omitted from the soundtrack album is a gorgeous song, stunningly delivered. Talented guy
