Scores ...

Amelie - Yann Tiersen
Assault on precinct 13 - John Carpenter https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LS7k3G_6IjE&fm...
Solaris - Cliff Martinez. Don't actually like the film very much
Forbidden Planet - Bebe & Louis Barron
Thief, Risky Business, The Keep, and others - Tangerine Dream
and of course music from the early series of Dr Who - BBC Radiophonic workshop, particularly Delia Derbyshire.

Soundtracks are more difficult, but I like the 1980s John Hughes films, particularly Pretty in pink and Some kind of wonderful.

I found the soundtrack versions of the 'oo albums to be much more inferior to the original studio albums.

Having had quick look it seems that there is no such official OST. I was just listening through youtube. Must have been a playlist.

Something a little different, the Chappie Soundtrack is available to download and it is pretty intense. Zimmer outside his comfort zone works nicely!
