I seem to be getting a few gigs arranged for next year, so thought I would start a thread for 2016.

March Paul Heaton and Jacqui Abbott, Hull City Hall and Royal Albert Hall
April Bellowhead, Nottingham Royal concert Hall
May James, Leeds arena and Hull city hall
June Stone Roses, Etihad.

Feel free to share plans.

I've ordered my first Stranglers ticket for March, at Manchester Apollo, same place I first saw them in 1983.

I was hoping to go and see Heaton and Abbott (after enjoying seeing the South locally in 2014), but the Albert Hall is booked out and there don't seem to be many other options in the south.

Not sure who I'll go and see next year, but having reawakened my love for live music over the last 5 years or so, I'm sure there'll be a few.

Public Service Broadcasting @ The Science Museum
Massive Attack
Battles @ Shep Bush Empire
Calexico @ Barbican

2016 looks very promising already and it hasn't even begun.

All going to plan health wise, I'm hoping to attend a couple of Hospital Records events in 2016. It would be nice to see Tony Colman and the Hospital team DJ'ing live rather than just listening to the weekly podcasts smile

if InMe are supporting AAF, it'd be well worth going. Amazing live.

So far next year I've got:

Kris Kristofferson
Mushroomhead/American Head Charge
Alien Ant Farm/Inme
Machine Head

That's all so far but hopefully it continues like this year has been, nice and busy!

First one booked for 2016 - AC/DC at the Olympic Stadium.

Will be adding Disneyland After Dark to that list as well - they normally play much bigger venues in Denmark/Scandinavia so the Islington Academy is a small venue by their standards..
