Need some new music.....

Maybe try Eastern Conference Champions - a spin off from highly regarded but dead in the water early 2000s Philadelphia rock band Laguardia - and now, just, sadly defunct after doing it all themselves (from sleeve design to video props) for years and failing to find a label for their last release. They had a great reputation as a live band and mix melodic and melancholy with raw, hard, fast music very well. With just 3 players the band was guitar led with great bass and drumming too.
The vocalist does (sometimes) sound like Dylan so that might be an issue if you don't like that feel.
For harder, rocky stuff try A Million Miles An Hour - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gk4aJnLorj0 (a live version)
Bull In The Wild - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f8FGFvWx6OU
Or Bloody Bells
Songs that straddle both styles include Stutter - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h8eYOSnHPtc&in...
Silo and Ameritown
for the melodic, Sideways Walking https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tU8QIP_1Ipk
Where From Here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hzDyguEJ454
or the sublime Kingfishers.
A wonderful band for me with so much I can keep going back to.
Can't link all as many seem to have been taken down from YouTube, but I expect they are on Spotify or similar.

Certainly a mix of it. Their overall influences are 60s/70s blues/rock, but with that something extra.Ive ordered Snapshot as a start, so Ta again K....
Not M$R tho...... I likes THAT stuff.....
Music is very personal and subjective but I'd maybe look at:
The Boxer Rebellion

Foals
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9aRlmtMgsrk
Both albums that feature these tracks are decent.
