Another one gone frown

Pretty crap short period of time for so many well regarded, and loved musicians to pass.

Another one of the greatest gone frown

You're a part of me, I'm a part of you
Wherever we may travel
Whatever we go through
Whatever time may take away
It cannot change the way we feel today
So hold me close and say you feel it too
You're a part of me and I'm a part of you

Well that is a terrible shock.

My favourite band of all time and another hero gone!

What a start to 2016.

Stunned. Shocked. He seemed fine at the O2 last year.

What an awful year and we're only 18 days in

Very sad. 67 ffs.

One after another it seems.

We're 'all' living longer? Sorry if I keep putting this in, but it really erks me. We are not 'all' living longer.

This could be heaven or this could be hell.
RIP

So many family memories (mainly car journeys smile.) listening to The Eagles and then buying my own cassette of theirs, which I listened to many many times! Ageless music.

My Dad is 67 these recent losses all of his age have really shaken me up. I don't want to overthink it or be melodramatic but it has just been an eye opener frown.

A very sad loss

Indeed.

Those that have passed away in the last few weeks have been seemingly unexpected and, although not a follower of their music, it's hitting home that those that made the music are part of - whether I like it or not - my life.

Just stop it.
